While we have not seen the following winds, we have been lucky to have easy
water crossings. We've taken 3 ferries in NC; here's a shot of our bikes
and trailers on board the ferry for a quick run from Ocracoke to Hatteras.
We did not have to lock the bikes--nobody messes with a pirates' gear!
