There's not much in Chivington, CO these days. This church door was open,

so we ducked inside to keep from being bitten by the flies while we took a

short break. Chivington is named for the officer who approved and led the

Sand Creek Massacre of Cheyenne Indians near the town. Interesting that the

town now consists of just this Quaker church.
